This Privacy Policy describes the Peaceism mobile app for iOS and Android (application / bundle ID io.peaceism.app). The app is the mobile client for the Peaceism AI Global Relations & Marketing Director. Access is invite-only. The app does not offer public sign-up.

Use this policy for the mobile app. The page at https://peaceism.ai/legal/privacy describes the Peaceism Outreach Hub website and mentions website features this app does not use, including an optional wallet and Gmail.

What the app does

You sign in with an email and password issued by your organization. If the account uses an authenticator, you also enter a one-time code or a backup code. You then give the AI Director an executive objective and a specialist route. The Director returns a draft. The app shows when human approval is required. It does not send invitations or mark a draft as approved. There is no advertising SDK.

The default API host compiled into release builds is https://peaceism-ai-agent-93him.ondigitalocean.app. A build may override that host with the API_BASE_URL flag.

Data the app sends

Sign-in and drafts use HTTPS:

• POST /api/auth/login with your email and password
• POST /api/mfa/challenge with an authenticator code or backup code, when the account requires it
• POST /api/agent with the objective and the selected mode
• GET /api/agent/history for recent drafts in your organization
• POST /api/auth/logout when you sign out

The API sets an HTTP session cookie. The app keeps that cookie in memory for the signed-in session and sends it with later requests. Closing the app drops the cookie. The password and one-time code are not written to a file on the device.

The API host and the network path can see ordinary HTTPS request data, such as your IP address, the time of the request, and a standard client user-agent.

What this app does not collect

The app does not ask you for, and does not send, the following:

• Phone number or device contacts
• Precise or approximate location from device sensors
• Photos, camera, microphone, or files you pick
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK payloads
• Payment information or a wallet

The networking library is Dart HttpClient. There is no advertising SDK.

On-device processing

The draft text is held in memory so you can read it. The app does not keep a local copy of your password.

Children

The app is not directed at children. It is an invite-only tool for organizational work.

Your choices

Sign out to end the session on this device. To ask for deletion of the organization account, email Info@peaceism.org. An organization admin controls invitations. There is no in-app account-deletion button.
