These Terms of Use apply to the Peaceism mobile app for iOS and Android (application / bundle ID io.peaceism.app). The app is the mobile client for the Peaceism AI Global Relations & Marketing Director. You sign in with an invitation from your organization. There is no public sign-up in the app.
These terms are for this mobile app. The page at https://peaceism.ai/legal/terms covers the Peaceism Outreach Hub website.
You may use the app to prepare campaign and outreach drafts for your organization. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for that purpose. You may not reverse engineer the app, resell access, or use it to violate applicable law.
The AI Director prepares drafts. It does not send messages, and it does not decide that a draft is approved, endorsed, or authorized. Outputs that need a person are marked Human Approval Required. Drafts are not legal, diplomatic, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not treat a draft as sent until an authorized person in your organization approves it.
The Director depends on the Peaceism AI Agent API (https://peaceism-ai-agent-93him.ondigitalocean.app unless a build overrides API_BASE_URL) and on your network. We do not warrant uninterrupted access.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the API, impersonate officials, invent private contact details, or use a draft to deceive. Do not claim an invitation was sent or accepted unless you have evidence.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for unavailability of the API, an incomplete draft, or your use of a draft before a person approves it.
